Financial stress is a common issue for many people. Stress that results from a combination of factors, such as job insecurity, debt, and limited resources, constitutes this type of stress. A normal reaction to danger or challenge is stress, also stress enables us to react quickly and appropriately. However, when it becomes too much for us to handle on our own, we may experience a stress-related disorder.
