Past Life Regression & Therapy

Past-life Regression involves re-experiencing your past from this or a previous lifetime. Past-life regression is used as a therapy for emotional and spiritual healing. Life is an eternal flow that changes form but not its essence i.e. the soul, through transformations like birth and death. The soul has always existed prior to any birth and does not die when the body ceases to function. Past Life regression helps you to see incidents from those lives that have left a mark on your soul and the burden of which you may be carrying in this life. Past-life Regression Therapy also includes practices such as visualizing healing energies, contacting higher beings or even communicating with people who have been part of your past-life.

Addictions

Many types of addictions such as alcohol, drugs, gambling, smoking or consuming caffeine/sugar can be cured by the prudent use of Hypnotherapy. Sometimes it is combined with medical treatment to help the patient to stay away from the addiction without or considerably reducing the side effects of treatment such as withdrawal symptoms.

Emotional Traumas

Most childhood or even adult emotional trauma is stored in the subconscious mind. Hence, even as the conscious memory of the incidents that caused the emotional trauma fades, there is a need to heal the subconscious, so that life can be joyous and healthy. Hypnotherapy is one of the best tools to heal emotional trauma.

Depression

Depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain that causes the person to be extremely negative. It is possible to overcome this condition that seriously impacts the quality of life. Hypnosis depression-fighting techniques are an effective way to combat the negativity. Hypnotherapy helps the patient to gain full control of their life by mustering the strength that they already have to accept challenges. Through depression hypnotherapy, it is possible to realize the ability to fight negativity.

Therapy

Dream therapy is more than dream interpretation. It is a means of confronting our subconscious, or even our conscious dilemmas, and finding a way to lead a healthier and more creative life

Dreaming can be defined as "a sequence of perceptions, thoughts and emotions during sleep, that is experienced as a series of actual events". Dream content seems to evolve simultaneously with cognitive and emotional development, and can reflect the evolution of the client's self-concept, defense mechanisms, core conflicts, and transfer reactions. Therapeutic work done on dreams is used in practices such as family therapy, group therapy, Gestalt therapy, client-centered therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy or psychotherapy.

Fears & Phobias

Fear is one of the most basic human emotions programmed into the nervous system to work as a survival instinct. Fear helps protect us and makes us alert to danger so that we are prepared to deal with it. Feeling afraid is very natural and also helpful in some situations.

A phobia is an intense fear reaction to a particular thing or a situation. With a phobia, the fear is out of proportion to the potential danger. But to the person with the phobia, the danger feels real because the fear is too strong. There are more than 500 different types of known phobias. Hypnotherapy can be an effective treatment for uncontrolled fears and phobias

Concentration Increase

Lack of concentration can be a very restricting disorder. If your attention span is less, the you cannot concentrate or be attentive for a long period of time. In children, it leads to not doing well academically or in adults, a lack of progress in career. Concentration of the mind is connected to the control one has over the mind. Hypnotherapy is a tool which can help you increase your concentration.
